Ecumenical Ministry
St. Martin’s belongs to Brookhaven Christian Ministries, a coalition of (currently) seven churches, primarily in the Brookhaven and Lynwood Park area. The congregations are Brookhaven Christian, Cross & Crown Lutheran, Oglethorpe Presbyterian, Our Lady of the Assumption, St. James United Methodist, and Skyland United Methodist.
BCM sponsors ecumenical services at Easter and during Advent, social services such as a Habitat House, and addresses concerns to the local community. Clergy and lay representatives of the churches meet monthly.
