Facilities Maintenance:
Replacement of the HVAC systems.
As of 05/2010 this is in progress. Scheduled to be completed 09/2010.
Repair or replacement of roofs on the buildings considered part of the Church.
Determine the age and condition of each area of roofing the Church is responsible for.
Request estimates from competing, reliable roofing companies.
Present estimates to the Vestry by December 2010 so the Vestry may determine the time frame in which these repairs should and can take place.
Expand or remodel kitchen including up-dated appliances
Remodel Sanctuary to allow the choir to be a visible part of the services.
