Special services for 2019. We hope you will join us!
August 4, 2019, 10:30 am Worship Service, Blessing of the Backpacks - What about the spiritual needs of children and their families as they head back to school? A "Blessing of the Backpacks" in worship at the start of the school year can offer encouragement to the excited and comfort to the anxious. Please join us as we offer prayers for our church and school community as we all begin a new chapter in the 2019-2020 school year.
October 6, 2019, Blessing of the Pets - More details will be added as times become solidified.

November 10, 2019, 10:30 am Worship Service, Morning Prayer, Rite I, Remembrance Sunday - Our tradition was begun by our former Rector, The Rev. Martin Dewey Gable, along with members Reggie Mitchell, and Denis Payne. Fr. Gable was our Rector from 1965 – 1989. Reggie Mitchell MBE, was based in Burma and India during World War II, and following his 1947 decommission from the British Army, lived in Atlanta. Denis Payne MBE RAF (Rt.), was a Spitfire pilot during World War II, and was sent to train US Pilots in Macon, Ga. Following the war, Denis became a Vice Consul at the British Consulate-General in Atlanta. Member, Gillian Cooper was the Press and Public Affairs Officer, Visits Officer and Marshall Scholarship Secretariat at the Consulate in Atlanta from 1972 until her retirement in 2008. Although the Remembrance Service was never officially a Consulate-General event, Reggie Mitchell, Denis Payne, and Gillian Cooper have taken on the task of arranging the service each year at St Martin-in-the-Fields.
